Location: Western PA, OH

Office/Field: Both are required.

Our ideal Site Acquisition Specialist has a knack for communication. Written, verbal, and non-verbal skills are key to negotiating leases and reading the room effectively. This individual is an organized self-starter who excels at identifying priorities and keeping things moving while remaining focused on the details. Beyond that, what sets you apart is the attitude you bring to the table each day – how you support your team, the customer, and interact with property owners or jurisdictions is what makes you an even more valuable member of the TCG family.

As a SAS you will primarily be focused on identifying candidates (colocation or raw land), negotiating leases, coordinating all jurisdictional requirements, and ultimately reporting day-to-day updates to your manager. The goal as a SAS is to stay on top of and bring together each individual element to a particular installation in such a way that our customers can move seamlessly into construction and further into quiet enjoyment for the life of their lease.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Boots on the ground review of customer-provided search areas to identify the best possible candidate(s) / location(s).
  • Create detailed site candidate packages for client review and approval.
  • Work hand in hand with property owners and clients to negotiate the best possible deal for all involved taking into consideration longevity and quiet enjoyment for both parties.
  • Ensure PO’s are in place for new work and invoicing for work completed is happening timely.
  • Review zoning codes and regulations that might affect the ability or timeline to develop the site.
  • Collaborate with our internal engineering team to ensure deliverables meet all standards and requirements.
  • Ensure thorough review and completion of all documentation as required by the customer, governing body, or internal expectations.
  • Provide proactive, meaningful updates using clear, concise, detailed and authentic information to internal leadership as well as the customer.
  • Update and maintain internal and client databases with site related deliverables and information.
  • Contribute to TCG’s knowledge base by bringing your best to the table but being open to new ideas - think outside the box on ways to expand our capabilities both individually and as a company.
  • Maintain TCG’s core values at all times.
