Our ideal Project Coordinator comes ready to roll up their sleeves! This is a detail-oriented, steady, reliable individual who crushes it behind the scenes. Coordinators are often the lynchpin of a well-oiled team, and they thrive flying under the radar while performing critical tasks. This position will report into the Real Estate Team but may be asked to support other teams/projects/endeavors as bandwidth dictates.

Typically, as the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks that help keep a project on track. Forecasting, document management, PO processing, overall tracking – these are the tasks that will typically be on your plate. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of project forecast, documentation, and finances.
  • Work hand in hand with peers and/or other departments to ensure meaningful updates are shared and acted upon.
  • Collaborate with our internal admin/finance team to ensure real time processing of PO’s and invoicing.
  • Assist with thorough review and completion of all documentation as required by the customer, governing body, or internal expectations.
  • Maintain project schedule with a focus on ensuring up to date forecasts and addressing any imminent or overdue deliverables with your Project Manager or supervisor.
  • Coordinate deliverable handoffs with client, contractors, construction team, and any other pertinent third-party.
  • Provide proactive, meaningful updates using clear, concise, detailed and authentic information to your team.
  • Update internal and client databases with site related deliverables and information.
  • Assist with site acquisition specific deliverables as needed (ie: compliance, site scrub, zoning/permitting applications, etc) under the supervision of and with help from your Project Manager.
  • Contribute to TCG’s knowledge base by bringing your best to the table but being open to new ideas - think outside the box on ways to expand our capabilities both individually and as a company.
  • Maintain TCG’s core values at all times.
